CAT 288A - Workshop
This course will explore art therapy techniques for elders who reside in a variety of settings. Topics examined include the nature and needs of the geriatric population, therapeutic use of art media for clients with varying levels of cognitive and physical functioning, and issues relevant to this growing segment of our population. Students will learn through slides, lecturers and experiential exercises.
