ASR 206 - Funding and Conducting Community-Based Research

Community-based participatory action research presents the applied social researcher with a distinctive set of opportunities and challenges. This course focuses on those elements of the research enterprise that are unique to this approach. Topics include: understanding community and nonprofit organizations, community-based research practices, effective grants proposal writing, and managing research grants.
