TAX 221 - Income Tax Problems of Partnerships


Semester Hours: 3
Periodically
Analysis of tax problems and operation of partnerships, including the treatment of distributions, sales and exchanges of partnership interests, dissolutions and liquidations.

Prerequisite(s)/Course Notes:
ACCT 143 or 216  or approved equivalent. Open only to matriculated graduate students in the Zarb School of Business and in other Schools at Hofstra where appropriate. See specific program requirements.
