LAW 2974 - Derivatives Law
This course teaches the current law and practice regarding the documentation and negotiation of over-the-counter derivatives and other related financial products. Subjects covered include the drafting and negotiation of ISDA Master Agreements, inter-jurisdictional differences arising from US and English caselaw, issues arising from the Lehman bankruptcy and AIG crisis and ongoing statutory developments.
Prerequisites & Notes
It is highly recommended that Securities Regulation be taken beforehand or concurrently.
