ACCT 185 - Internship in Accounting

Semester Hours: 3
A work-study program open to senior accounting majors. Students work a minimum of 120 hours in a structured accounting training program offered by a for-profit or not-for-profit organization.

Prerequisite(s)/Course Notes:
Permission of department chairperson, a minimum grade point average of 3.0 in accounting courses and 3.0 overall, ACCT 124. Corequisite: related course in the area of the internship. (Students who do not meet these requirements, see ACCT 174.) (Formerly Internship.)
