ASTR 12 - (NS) Stars and Galaxies

Semester Hours: 3
This course concerns the elementary treatment of stellar and galactic astronomy, tracing the development of ideas to the present time. The accompanying laboratory illustrates measurements appropriate to stellar and galactic astronomy (2 hours lecture, 2 hours laboratory).

Credit given for this course or ASTR 10, not both.
