For experienced teachers offering advanced study of mathematics curriculum. Stresses
the design and implementation of instructional methodologies that actively engage
the learner in elementary/middle grade mathematics. Mathematics curricula are
examined with a view toward providing all students opportunities for becoming
mathematically literate in a rapidly changing, culturally diverse, technological
society.
