SED 200 - Information Technology for Teachers Semester Hours: 1 Fall, Spring, Summer
This course introduces prospective teachers to the applications of
information technology in school settings. Focuses on methods for
facilitationg student learning, communications, problem solving,
research, and information retrieval via computer technologies. Hands-on
experiences with computer hardware, software, and electronic imaging
technologies are provided. Prospective teachers begin the design and
initial development of their professional electronic portfolios which
continue to evolve throughout their M.S. in Education program.
