MPHY 235 - Practicum in Medical Imaging

Fall, Summer
A supervised hands-on training experience in the practical aspects of medical imaging physics in the clinical diagnostic imaging department of the North Shore-Long Island Jewish Health System.
Prerequisite(s)/Course Notes:
MPHY 230 . Open only to students enrolled in the M.S. program in medical physics with a minimum GPA of 3.0 in course work in medical physics or permission of program director. May be repeated once for credit. Practicum meets 56 hours for each semester hour of credit. Pass/Fail grade only.
