LAW 2953 - Transnational Intellectual Property
This course examines the law of copyright, patent, trademark, trade secrets, and other forms of intellectual property rights in the transnational setting, with special attention paid to multinational treaties and conventions. The course explores the flexibilities that exist in international intellectual property agreements and the policy choices that various countries have made in designing their own intellectual property regimes.
