LAW 2960 - Law of Humanity and Nations


This course considers the theoretical and historical foundations of international law and of global justice, with special emphasis on the sources and evidence of law, the justification of existing institutions, and whether and why international standards should limit or control the national laws and policies of independent governments or states.
