LAW 3881 - International Law This is the basic course in public international law. It emphasizes the foundational theories of the international legal system; the sources of international law, including custom and treaties; the concepts of statehood and recognition of governments; diplomatic and consular immunities; state jurisdiction; state immunity and the act of state doctrine; and the application of international law before domestic and international courts.
