PHA 116 - Health Psychology and Behavioral Medicine
Fall
Review and analysis of the current trend toward the integration of
behavioral methodologies with diagnosed medical problems. Topics
include the origins, theory and treatment regarding alcohol and
chemical dependency, smoking, obesity, and stress related disorders, as
well as headache and other pain disorders.
Prerequisites & Notes
Open only to students enrolled in the professional phase of the Physician Assistant
Program. Same as PSY 89.
