ANTH 191: Advanced Seminar in Anthropology Semester Hours: 3 Presentation of a topic that reflects broad understanding of anthropological ideas and modes of analysis with relevance to the discipline. Through joint readings and individual research, advanced students develop ideas relevant to the theme of the course. Students will compose and deliver an oral presentation on their research and participate in collaborative discussion of the seminar project. Topics vary from semester to semester.
Prerequisite(s)/Course Notes: Completion of four courses in anthropology or permission of instructor. May be repeated when topics vary.
