CAT 283D: Special Topics: Play and Sandtray Therapy Semester Hours: 3 This course provides an overview of the essential elements and principals of play therapy and sandtray therapy including Including history, theories, modalities, techniques, applications and skills. Experiential components focus on basic skill development within the context of ethical and diversity-sensitive practice. This course is instructor led as well as experiential: Students will experience play therapy and sandtray therapy.
