LAW 3973 - Special Problems Seminars These seminars offer an opportunity for a limited number of upper-class students, usually three to five, to engage in intense research and writing under the close supervision of a faculty member. The focus may be on special problems in such areas as commercial law, constitutional law, corporate law, criminal law, property, torts or litigation.
Prerequisites & Notes Permission of the instructor is required for enrollment.
