AH 107 - (AA) Renaissance Art in Northern Europe

Semester Hours: 3
Spring
Art produced in Flanders, France, and Germany during the 15th and 16th centuries. Survey of its roots in manuscript painting through panel painting and the rise of printmaking. Focuses on religious, social, and economic ideals, and on the impact of Italian art and the Protestant Reformation.
