BIO 264A - Scanning Electron Microscopy

Students will learn fundamental operation and use of scanning electron microscopy, including instruction in tissue preparation, critical point drying, image preparation and analysis.

Permission of instructor. Each student undertakes his or her own project as a requirement of the course.
