REHB 232 - Medical Aspects of Disabilities Semester Hours: 3 Fall
This course overviews the medical evaluation of persons with disabilities, including medical descriptions, terminology, and treatment. The impact of diseases and disabilities upon the individual will be the focus, with attention paid to physical, emotional, psychosocial, and vocational implications. Students will learn about the interpretation and application of medical information in the rehabilitation process.
