LAW 2736 - Comparative Labor and Employment Law This course will describe and compare the prominent characteristics of labor and employment law in industrialized market economies. We will focus on the United States and Europe, with some attention paid to other countries and international agreements regarding labor and employment rights. The course will consider both individual employment rights and collective labor relations.
