LAW 3703 - Automotive Law Seminar The seminar explores the law governing the industries and markets through which automobiles pass leading up to and including purchase by the consumer. The issues involve international sales law, safety and environmental regulation, products liability, contracts, and several other fields. Some negotiation skills are covered briefly.

Credits: Two or three credits, at the teacher’s discretion.
