LAW 2997 - Complex Insurance Litigation

A seminar devoted to the understanding and implementation of litigation strategy associated with the national and international litigation of complex insurance coverage disputes. Students will participate in oral argument, draft bench memoranda and briefs, conduct client counseling and develop trial strategy.
