Studies in writings genres, styles and modes. Subjects to be announced yearly. Specific titles and course descriptions for special topics courses are available in the online class schedule. While readings might be in other languages, submission of work will be in Spanish.
Prerequisite(s)/Course Notes:
Open only to majors in the MFA program in Creative Writing with a concentration in Spanish or permission of the program coordinator for the MFA in Creative Writing, concentration in Spanish. May not be taken on a Pass/Fail basis. May be repeated for credit when topics vary. The maximum credits counted towards the MFA in Creative Writing with concentration in Spanish is 6 semester hours.
