Development of the student’s expository writing skills including idiomatic usage and the argumentative essay.
Prerequisite(s)/Course Notes: Completion of ELP Level I and/or the appropriate satisfactory score on the Hofstra ELP Placement Examination. This course is part of Level II, Intermediate Intensive English, an intermediate level program providing intensive instruction and practice in reading, writing and speaking English for students whose native language is not English.
