BCIS 207 - Interactive Information Systems Once a year
A project-oriented course which examines interactive computerbased systems and
focus on the problems associated with the human machine interface in a business
environment. Applications such as decision-support systems, word processing, computer-aided
design, computer-aided manufacturing and computer-aided instruction are considered.
Focus is on dialogue design techniques, hardware, computer graphics, cost-benefit
considerations and advanced file and database organization.
Prerequisites & Notes BCIS 203, QM 203. Open only to matriculated Zarb School of Business graduate
students and/or matriculated School of Education and Allied Human Services graduate
students where appropriate.
Credits: 3 s.h.
