BIO 259 - Electron Microscopy for the Biologist Spring
Principles and practice of basic techniques used in transmission electron microscopy.
Lectures discuss theory of the techniques learned in lab. Laboratory consists
of instruction in the techniques of fixation and embedding, ultramicrotomy, use
of the electron microscope and photography.
Prerequisites & Notes Permission of instructor.
