From poet Dante Alighieri to fashion designer Ermenegildo Zegna, students learn about important Italians in different fields such as science, fashion, cinema literature, art, and history. By using linguistically accessible readings, videos, and songs, students will familiarize themselves with the history and culture of Italy while expanding their knowledge of grammar structures and vocabulary.

Successful completion of ITAL 003 or equivalent. (Formerly Advanced Italian Language.)
