Special Education offers master’s and professional diploma programs which provide
a comprehensive, integrated experience aimed at developing skills and competencies
in educating the exceptional child, adolescent and adult. The special education
programs are such that each student receives broad based experiences in all areas
of special education. There are, at the same time, areas of focus, whereby a student
establishes further expertise with one or more specific types of handicapping
conditions.
