The master’s program in curriculum studies is offered by the Department of Teaching, Literacy, and Leadership . The program is for students interested in pursuing studies in the development of elementary, middle school, and high school curriculum, but who are not interested in receiving New York state teacher certification. The program blends on-campus preparation with field experiences in a variety of school settings, including high-needs schools. This program provides an interdisciplinary approach to the study of curriculum. Courses of study are selected under advisement. Some courses require field placements.
