Students must complete a minimum of 155 semester hours: a minimum of 115 semester hours toward their undergraduate degree and a minimum of 40 semester hours of graduate work toward the M.B.A. A sample schedule for the combined degree is available from either the Mathematics Department or Zarb School of Business.
Students admitted to this dual-degree program will receive a B.A. in Mathematics upon completion of the following requirements:
- The complete B.A. requirements described in the Hofstra College of Liberal Arts and Sciences section of this Bulletin. In particular, successful completion of a total of 124 semester hours, including at least 115 semester hours of undergraduate course work and at most 9 semester hours of M.B.A.-level graduate course work.
- The specific major requirements described in the B.A. Major in Mathematics, as listed below.
