The B.A. major in Japanese studies consists of the successful completion of 18 semester hours of Japanese language courses above level 2, and 12 semester hours in Japan-related courses, selected under advisement. At least six semester hours must be taken in-residence. Other courses not listed below may count toward the Japanese studies major, with permission of the director.
