This program provides an interdisciplinary exploration of important foundational and policy issues in education and basic introduction to educational leadership in higher education settings. The program provides flexible course delivery methods to meet the diverse needs of students. Students can complete degree requirements on-site, or online, or a combination of on-site and online courses. A distance learning (DL) course is equivalent to its on-site version.

Admission Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, with a GPA of 3.0 or better.
- Three letters of recommendation;
- Detailed resume of professional experiences; and
- Comprehensive statement of professional goals and objectives.

Area 1. Concentration: Leadership in Higher Education Settings - Semester Hours: 27
Area 2. Elective Hours - Semester Hours: 6
Students must choose a minimum of 6 s.h. from the courses below: Area 3. Completion Project - Semester Hours: 3
Graduation Requirements
- Completion of all program requirements; and
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 in overall graduate course work.
