FA 102B - Design for Social Media, The Web and Other Screen-Based MediaSemester Hours: 3 Spring
This course covers the research, planning, techniques, and aesthetics of social media and other media forms where the audience is a significant factor. Using images, layout choices, sequencing, and other creative choices, students learn to conceive, develop and design media for personal creative and applied purposes. Students are given the opportunity for experimentation and are encouraged to develop an individual aesthetic style.
This course is appropriate for those interested in both art and applied design.
Prerequisite(s)/Course Notes: No prerequisite. Lab fee additional. (Formerly New Media II, Intermediate Web Design.)
