Marketing plays a critical role in creating a more sustainable society through the creation of value for consumers and business customers. Sustainable marketing is the process of creating, communicating, and delivering value to customers in a manner that preserves and enhances both environmental and human capital. This course introduces a range of tools and frameworks for understanding how business interacts with issues related to sustainability from a marketing perspective. Students will be able to understand the key elements of developing a successful marketing strategy and branding approach for a sustainable marketing offering.
