MGT 120 - Inclusive LeadershipSemester Hours: 3 This course explores issues and concepts associated with diversity, equity, accessibility, and inclusion, their impact on organizations, and their implications for being an effective leader. Students will gain insights into implicit biases, marginalization, and intersectionality and how they impact both individual and organizational outcomes, as well as develop self-awareness, critical thinking, and leadership skills needed to lead both diverse teams and global organizations effectively.
Prerequisite(s)/Course Notes: MGT 101, Junior class standing or above.
