EMBA 410A - International Management

This course provides students with insights into the global business environment, including, but not limited to, assessment of various risks, cultural issues, international negotiations, preparing for an international assignment, global business strategies, and country-specific information. This experiential course is designed to teach EMBA students the decision-making process for addressing challenges in a global context. The course provides students with exposure to some of the critical issues that firms face as they venture into overseas markets. Class lectures, discussion of topics, case analysis, and term reports would be used to achieve the learning objectives.
