EMBA 430A - Global Capstone

This course takes an integrative, strategic, and practical focus that builds on the multiple functional areas taught in the EMBA program which precede EMBA 430A. Students are challenged to understand and apply how decisions and policies from different functional areas are integrated within an organization. Students will travel to overseas destinations to interact with executives in global companies. They will develop an in-depth report on how to understand various environmental forces and challenges in multinational organizations, and develop effective strategies to manage and lead in a global setting.
