PSC 121 - Presidential Leadership and Policy Making

This course examines constitutional requirements and political responsibilities for the American presidency. It focuses on expectations for modern presidential leadership as well as challenges of domestic and foreign policy-making. Proposals to change the presidential selection process and to expand or restrict presidential power also are considered.
