LAW 2838 - Estate Planning

This course provides an extensive examination of the techniques of estate planning and the drafting of wills and trusts. Through the distribution of problem and other materials, students are provided with an opportunity for analysis of various methods of handling potential estates in light of income, gift and estate tax considerations.
