SPED 265 - Instructional Learning Strategies for Students with Disabilities, Grades 7-12


Semester Hours: 3
Fall, Spring
Implementation of high leverage practices and research-based instructional learning and teaching practices for addressing the reading, writing, and math needs of students with disabilities, grades 7-12, in a variety of educational settings are learned. Opportunities to learn informal assessment procedures, evidence-based instructional strategies, and a variety of program approaches are explored. Current problems and issues in special education are also discussed.
