ACCT 250 - Seminar in Advanced Contemporary Accounting Theory Semester Hours: 3 Periodically
Critical examination of current thought in accounting; relationships between
accounting and other business areas including economics, law, manufacturing, etc.
Ethical, social and political influences on accounting theory and practice are
discussed. Required of all M.B.A. candidates in public accounting.
Prerequisites & Course Notes Completion of all prerequisite and preliminary accounting courses. Open only
to matriculated Zarb School of Business graduate students and/or matriculated
School of Education and Allied Human Services graduate students where appropriate.
