LEGL 24 - Legal Aspects of Business Organizations and ActivitiesSemester Hours: 3 This course concerns the law as it pertains to profit and not-for-profit organizations. Topics include negotiable instruments, personal property, bailments, secured transactions, surety, agency, partnerships, corporations, insurance, real property, wills and estates.
Prerequisite(s)/Course Notes: LEGL 20 and sophomore class standing or above. Required for accounting majors. (Formerly BLAW 24, Business Law for Accountants.)
