LAW 2874 - Internal Union Affairs This course considers the law governing the internal affairs of labor unions. It begins by examining the legal status and internal structure of unions. The bulk of the course considers the clash between collective and individual rights, including the duty of fair representation, internal union discipline, and state and federal safeguards of the civil liberties of union members. We may also consider the regulation of union corruption.
