LAW 3761 - Constitutional Law II The object of the course is to present a thorough analysis of the Bill of Rights and the Fourteenth Amendment (exclusive of criminal due process questions). Special emphasis is given to the constitutional developments in due process and equal protection with particular reference to the rights of the individual against state and federal authority. The extent of First Amendment protection is also examined. This is a required course during the spring semester of the second year.
