LAW 3952 - Remedies In this course students study legal and equitable remedies, restitutionary relief and the underlying purposes of remedies. Problems and cases are used to identify and measure remedies available in the contexts of torts, contracts and unjust enrichment, and to offer students an opportunity to make strategic choices for litigation theory when the facts present multiplte substantive bases for civil liability with differing remedial consequences.
