LAW 3981 - Strikes, Boycotts, Picketing and Injunctions This course provides an in-depth study of strikes, boycotts, picketing, and injunctions, with special emphasis on secondary boycotts, jurisdictional disputes, hot cargo agreements, recognition and organizational picketing, area standards, informational and consumer picketing on the property of employers. The course also examines the use of labor disputes and injunctive relief in certain unfair practice cases under the NLRA.
