Research and writing of a substantial essay in the field of sustainability studies.
Prerequisite(s)/Course Notes:
SBLY 001 and 18 hours of course work taken in fulfillment of the requirements for the B.A. or B.S. in sustainability studies. Open only to qualified sustainability studies majors who have attained senior standing, wish to graduate with departmental honors, have a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.5, and have secured, before registration, written permission of the program director and of the instructor who will supervise the essay. May not be taken on a Pass/D+/D/Fail basis.
