LAW 2954 - Federal Criminal Law This seminar examines that conduct, primarily economic in nature, generally referred to as white-collar crime. Topics include general principles of liability; substantive crimes such as conspiracy, mail fraud, securities fraud, insider trading and RICO violations; sentencing of individuals and organizations, including forfeiture of assets; and special problems of criminal procedure. A paper is required.
