Applying Measurement Theory and Research Methods to HR Management, students will learn how to build, monitor and communicate Balanced Scorecards, and HR Scorecards; they will apply quantitative analysis and predictive analytics research to HR problem solving for employee turnover analysis, key driver analysis of employee attitudes like engagement, validation of competencies, trends and ratio analysis, forecasting projections; compute ROI for HR programs and Benchmark HR processes. The course will also cover issues related to HR Governance, reputation and brand enhancement and organization risk management
Prerequisite(s)/Course Notes: MGT 207.
