BIO 154 - Entomology

Semester Hours: 4
Periodically
Through lecture, labs and field excursions, students will examine insect structure, physiology, ecology, life histories, behavior, and the impact of insects on humans.  Under the guidance of graduate students, students will prepare an insect collection. (3 hours lecture, 3 hours laboratory.)

Prerequisite(s)/Course Notes:
BIO 011 , 012 , 013 , 014 , 015 . This course may require field trips outside of normal class hours.  May not be taken on a Pass/D+/D/Fail basis. Fulfills one of the two lab courses required for a biology major. Lab fee additional.
